Tower Wellness is a calming, grounding space offering Tower Pilates, yoga, small group classes, children’s yoga, mum & baby yoga and wellness events — all created to support you through every season of life.

Founded by Katie Darcy, Tower Wellness brings together mindful movement, breath, nature-inspired practices and community, offering more than just classes — but a place to slow down, reconnect and feel deeply supported.

Pilates

The Pilates Tower is a versatile piece of equipment designed to strengthen, lengthen and align the body through spring-based resistance. Built with a stable mat base and an upright frame with adjustable springs, bars and straps, the Tower supports precise, controlled movement that challenges your core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility.

Our Pilates Tower classes are where the magic of mindful movement happens. These classes focus on control, form and alignment - helping you build a strong, resilient body and a calm, connected mind. With expert instruction and a nurturing atmosphere, these classes are ideal for anyone wanting to move with more intention, precision and purpose.

Yoga

My classes are gentle, grounding and mindful, created to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind and find moments of stillness in a busy world.

I focus on slow, intentional movement, breathwork and guided relaxation — an invitation to slow down, soften and return to yourself.

For mums and babies, the practice becomes a space for bonding, rebuilding strength and finding calm together.
For children, I introduces yoga through stories, play, imagination and simple mindfulness tools that help little ones feel confident, grounded and calm.

Each class is held with kindness, warmth, compassion and presence.

Thursdays 7pm

Wellness Events

We’re all about movement — but we’re also about moments. The quiet ones, the joyful ones, the ones that make you feel more like you.

Our Wellness Events are little pockets of goodness we create throughout the year — to move, breathe, connect and reset.

Whether it’s a walk in nature, a dreamy day of movement and journaling or a mini retreat to recharge your soul — we keep it relaxed, real and rooted in connection.

Mindful Movement for every season of life

Mum & Baby Yoga

A soft, nurturing space for you and your baby to move, breathe and bond together.
These classes support postnatal recovery, rebuild strength and offer moments of calm.
You’ll enjoy gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation and connection — both with your baby and with other mums.

Children’s Yoga

A playful, creative introduction to yoga and mindfulness for little ones.
Through stories, movement, games and breath work, children learn tools that support confidence, calm and body awareness.

Mindfulness taught early becomes a gift they carry for life.

Mindful Movement For Adults

Whether you join us for yoga, Pilates, Tower sessions or mindful events, these classes are designed to bring you back to yourself.
We focus on intentional movement, alignment, breath and presence — practices that support strength, mobility, grounding and emotional wellbeing.
