At Tower Wellness we believe movement should feel good.
Why Tower Wellness
Our studio brings together mindful movement, supportive teaching and a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable, whether they’re new to Pilates or experienced.
We believe movement should be enjoyable, empowering and shared, which is why community sits at the heart of everything we do. Tower Wellness is a place to move, breathe, build strength and connect with others along the way.
A Different Kind of Studio
At Tower Wellness, we believe movement should feel good — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Our Pilates studio is built around the idea of mindful movement: slowing down, tuning into your body, and moving with intention. Through Pilates, we create space for you to strengthen, stretch and breathe, helping you feel more balanced, energised and connected to yourself.
But Tower Wellness is about more than just exercise. We’ve created a space where movement is enjoyable, uplifting and accessible to everyone. Our classes are welcoming, supportive and often filled with laughter, because we believe that movement should be something you look forward to, not something you feel you have to do.
Community sits at the heart of our studio. Tower Wellness is a place where people come together — to move, to connect and to support one another. Whether you're arriving on your own or with friends, you’ll always find a warm, friendly environment where everyone is encouraged and everyone belongs.
At its core, Tower Wellness is about connection: connection to your body, to your wellbeing, and to the people around you. It’s a place to move mindfully, have fun, and be part of a community that lifts each other up.
Meet Ellie
Im Ellie, I am a professional dancer turned choreographer and then, Pilates and Barre instructor, and very proud new mum to my gorgeous baby boy, Reuben.
My love for movement started through dance, and grew even stronger, when Pilates became my rehab method and lifeline after a serious injury.
My biggest passion is mindful movement.
Staying true to the traditional Pilates principles but adding my own modern, strength-based twist to keep things fresh and fun.
I later trained in Barre, which lets me mix my dance background with music and energy to create low-impact but seriously effective workouts. Think high reps, static holds, pulses, and a whole lot of heat, the ultimate feel-good burn.
Tower Wellness has always been a place I’ve deeply loved being part of, and it continues to inspire my passion for mindful movement and teaching. I believe movement is about far more than physical strength, it’s an opportunity to build awareness, confidence, and a deeper connection to our bodies.
In my classes, I enjoy gently challenging my clients to grow stronger both mentally and physically, while creating a supportive and welcoming space where everyone feels seen and encouraged. Building meaningful relationships with the people I work with is incredibly important to me, as it allows me to guide each individual in a way that truly supports their personal needs and goals.
I’m especially passionate about teaching pre and postnatal Pilates. Supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum is something I care deeply about, and I love sharing knowledge that helps mothers feel informed, confident, and connected to their bodies during such a transformative time.
