A Different Kind of Studio

Tower Wellness exists to offer something different:

I’ve lived through burnout.

And I’ve learnt, deeply, that this isn’t how I want to live — and it isn’t how I want others to feel either.

Meet Katie

I’m Katie — a wife, a mum, a lover of nature and someone who believes deeply in the power of slowing down and coming back to yourself.

Movement has always been part of my life, but it became my anchor during a tender chapter of anxiety and postnatal depression. Through mindful movement, breath, nature and energy work, I slowly found my way home to myself — and that journey is why I do what I do today.

I’m a Pilates teacher, a 200-hour yoga teacher, a children’s and pre/postnatal yoga teacher and a Reiki Level One practitioner. But more than the titles, I’m someone who is passionate about helping others feel supported, grounded and truly seen.

I love mindful movement, walks in nature, cups of tea, mountain air, bare feet on grass and the quiet moments that reconnect us with who we are beneath the noise. These simple things have been my greatest teachers, and they shape the way I hold space for others.

Tower Wellness grew from my heart — a place where Pilates, yoga, children’s classes, energy work and nature-based practices can come together to support people of all ages.

My teaching is warm, gentle and compassionate. I’m here to guide, to listen, to support and to share the tools that helped me heal: breath, movement, presence, nature, stillness and community.

If I can help you feel calmer, more connected, and a little more like yourself, then I’m doing exactly what I’m meant to do.
